Your links are bad... Since your choice in motherboards is smaller than the case spec, yes the motherboard is compatible with the case

Ok just for your education... an ATX motherboard will fit in an ATX case. Micro-ATX motherboard will fit in an ATX case. Micro-ATX motherboard will fit in a micro-ATX case. And last, an ATX motherbord WILL NOT fit into a micro-ATX case.

To answer your question once more, yes the motherboard will fit into the case you have chosen
