Assistance needed with an ESD question

  1. Which electrostatic discharge (ESD) precaution should you take before beginning to work on a computer?

    a- Use power outlet to establish a grounded connection to the computer
    b- Wear a wrist strap and ground to the common ground point
    c- Discharge any built-up static by touching a metal part of the chassis
    d- Store all electronic parts in a plastic bag
