I'm pretty sure I got the link to Astra32 somewhere in this forum, and I'd like to know how much faith any of you might place in it. I've run it a few times, and each time it tells me that the "health" of my 250GB Western Digital Caviar is "bad." I have a 120GB maxtor diamond plus that it lists as "good.'
The WD is virtually new, and I have had no problems with it. Windows disk manager lists both drives/partitions as "healthy" and "active." I'll run chkdsk on it, but if you all trust Astra implicitly, am I looking at imminent danger?
