Just wondering what head-room i have for overclocking and what the breaking point for my cpu is. I've got a CM Sphere cpu cooler and my temps are 29-32c when idle and 35-40c under absolute full load.

The sphere looks kool, but it not an overclocking heat sink, but it's better than the stock AMD cooler. I read that last bit in a review, so I hope that's right. Heat will determine how high you can overclock your processor. I'd stay with in 50-60 degrees Celsius at full throttle. If you only get 1 more MHz faster and you hit the 60 degree mark then that’s all you get. Of course you’ll get more than that, but your overclocking attempt will be determined in large part by heat.

You should go to the AMD website. Then get the information from them regarding your processor...and what is a safe temp and what's too high.
