Athlon xp 2100+ running at 1500+

Hi guys,
I'm new to computers and recently my 2100+ runs at 1500+, if I change the FSB
back up to 133mhz the computer either won't boot or will restart itself, but it runs fine at 100mhz.

AMD 2100+
1gb ddr RAM 2700
80gb hdd 7200rpm
SOYO kt333 dragon ultra platinum motherboard

Any suggestions
