Athlon64 3500+ compatibility query

i have this prob. coz i bought Athlon™ 64 3500+ (S-939) and now i wanna buy a mother bord and i found asus MB for a good price but i dont know if they will work 2gether on maximum . this is the link for the Mb http://www.asus.com/products/mb/socket754/k8n-e_d/overview.htm#

That mobo is not socket 939. So no, it wont work.

lo, yeah the mb ur lookin at here a socket 754, so it will not work m8, remember ur after a socket 939 Motherboard
