ATI 9250 256mb VGA shows only 64Mb

    Hey guys
    i purchased a 256MB ATI 9250 VGA recently
    but my vga shows only 64mb memory

    my motherboard is an ASUS p4s-x with the SIS 962L chipset
    my AGP is 4x

    please help me and tell me how i can get 256

    Did you disable the onboard graphic driver first?

    Well..
    my motherboard doesn't hav onboard VGA

    also note that i changed a setting on my BIOS
    there's an option called "Graphics Aperture Size"
    earlier it was 64..i changed it to 256..but still im getting only 64mb VGA

    please help me out

    Where exactly are you showing only 64mb video memory? What screen? Do you know what you're changing in the bios? 64x4=?
