ATI Cat problem

Can any one tell this old man why my personal PC will not allow me access to my ATI catalyst Control Center a pop up keeps informing me that I must have admin control I am the owner and sole operator Any suggestions

Right-click the program and choose run as administrator. Then do your thing.
