ATI HD 4650 1GB, reboot computer after install driver

ASRock ALiveDual-eSATA2

AMD Phenom(tm) 8750 Triple-Core Processor
Socket AM2+ (940)
Core Speed 2410.9 MHz (12.0 x 200.9 MHz)
HT Link speed 803.6 MHz
Stock frequency 2400 MHz
Memory Type DDR2
Memory Size 2048 MBytes
Channels Single
Memory Frequency 267.9 MHz (3:4)

Radeon HD4650 1GB DDR2 128-bit AGP.

Power supply Delux 450W.

The problem is : After install the driver for graphic card, my computer refuse to start. After the windows logo, is restarted automaticly.

With my old fx 5200 i have no problem.

Please, i need your help !!!

Did you uninstall the old graphics driver before installing the ATI driver?

was not necessary, I tried with a fresh Windows.
