ATI partner recommendation for A.I.W. X800XT?

Guys, I'm planning on buying the AIW X800XT card in the next couple of weeks and since I'm still fairly new to this industry I've just learned about the partnership program supported by ATI. Would you guys recommend one of ATI's partners or should I just stick with ATI themselves? I'm not into gaming that much and overclocking is not a priority. Given that I'm sold on the AIW X800XT, who would you guys buy from besides ATI? By the way I must go with the AGP version. Since I'm shopping features and bundles I don't find it necessary to post my system specs unless you really need them.

I just found out that ATI's warranty has been reduced to 1 year, other recommendations welcome.
