Ati3duag3.dll problems

For about a month or so i've been having blue screen error messages popping saying Non_Page_Fault: ati3duag.dll or something around that.

I usually happens when i'm playing World of Warcraft.

my video card is ati radeon xpress 1150 card and hasn't been giving problems until i got a few anti-virus trails to see which worked best (zone alarm, avg, avast)

anyone know how i can fix the problem for free and quickly

Test your RAM and Hard Drive for errors

did and no errors came up on it so i went into more advanced test and got nothing, only happens when I'm playing the game though. Gonna talk to some computer repair people at my dads job and see if they can take a look at it.
