Audigy 2 ZS reel-to-reel to CD

I am trying to record some reel-to-reel tapes to CD and, upon searching the net about software to use, I came across a message posted on TechSpot, back in 2002. The individual mentioned a program called 'Sound Recorder', that is part of the software included with the soundcard. Since he probably had the Audigy(not the Audigy 2ZS), I am trying to figure out, what the program is, in my Audigy 2ZS software since I cannot find anything called 'Sound Recorder'. The only thing close to that, that I can find is Windows Sound Recorder.

Any help would be appreciated.
