audigy SE recording problem

    I have an audigy SE soundcard and I am using my synth connected to line-in of the card and it record left channel much more louder than right.I've checked the cables , they are OK and also I use another synth and same thing happened.also when I am listening my synth performance through speakers connected to soundcard the left channel is louder too.when I just listening music in winamp everything is normal.anyone have a clue? thanks.
