I bought this new sound card called 5.1 channel sound card PCL SC 5100 for my computer and when tried to install the audio drivers from the cd ,a message pops up and says you can't install the drivers and i don't know what to do can someone help me

What exactly is the message that you get, does it give a reason why it wont accept the drivers, are you trying to load the correct drivers, are you logged on as an administrator....
