Audio Problems

Hey Everyone. I have some audio problems.
When i try to open a mp3 file, windows media players says, there is something wrong with my sound device, that it may not be installed. I dont know so much about computers, so i wonder if somebody could help me.

Sounds like you need to install the sound drivers.

Please give us the details of your computer, including whether it`s an oem build such as Dell/Gateway/HP etc.
