Auto dialer problem?

Hi everyone, i am new on here and this is my first post. Some type of spyware got into my copmuter last night and started to bring up pages for online gambling sites and the popup blocker does not block them, and it keeps trying to dial up a connection by bringing the connect box up, my McAfee security centre is not fixing it either, one scan mentioned fotomoto and i have down loaded several spyware programes today and none of them will fix this problem. any advice please.

1) install Spywareblaster
2) install, update, immunize, and then run Spybot S&D

use mode->advanced to get too Tools
