Automatic reboot after new mobo

I recently installed a pt880 mobo with a p4 3.2 ht. An ati 9600 graphics card.
My computer keeps rebooting for no aparent reasons at any time. Swapped 3 memory modules. 2 hard drives. Disables ht. flashed the bios. Have not switched video card. Does any one know whats going on. Help is much appreciated going crazy.

You need to do a fresh install of Windows, otherwise the system-drivers from the old motherboard play havoc.

What psu do you have?

You might also want to check that your psu is up to the job.

Also download and run Memtes86+ from www.memtest.org let it run for at least seven passes.

I formated my hard disk twice and put 2 new copies of xp on my hdd. I got updated drivers for evrything i put on my new motherboard. Next thing i will try is replace graphics card and do a memtest.Thanks for the help.

Oh and my psu is 500 watts and should be more than enough to handle the load.
