Avast Problems

  1. cjmagnum Newcomer, in training

    OK i just turned on my computer and got a pop up about a new version of Avast for download, so i installed it. I then had to restart my computer, when it came up it would not load avast. I try to run it manually and it says

    Avast cannot load library from file: C:/ Program files/Alwil software/Avast4/aavm4h.dl

    Go to Control Panel -> Add and Remove Programs -> and scroll down to delete the Avast install. then run your Avast download again. If that still doesn't work, download AVAST once more and reinstall.

    not working

    Ok i uninstalled it, but now it won't let me reinstall saying there is an error. it says it cannot find aswcmnos.dll
