Average gamer is 37 years old

I always thought that most gamers are younger people, however, this study says the facts doesn't support my theory, and guess what ..... average age of gamer today is 37, and average age of game buyer is 41. :grinthumb

I wonder how many of those 41 year olds were buying games for their kids who either can't afford their own, or don't look old enough to get served with the latest "Knife festing" release?

Good point Benny. Only 2 years off the average age. Maybe something to do with having been born around the time Home computers came on the scene and have gamed my whole life (well from the age of 5-6)

Yeah - I'm right about on target - except that I've been playing for way more than 12 years... try > 30 years.
