Inactive AVG: File is signed with broken digital signature

Just purchased brand new computer. Downloaded AVG and ran initial scan. I have two files that come up signed with a broken Digital Signature issued by Intel wireless display.

c:\program files\intel corporation\USB over IP\bin\UoipService.exe

One says its type is File or Directory and one says Process

Suggested fix?
