AVG start up

I hope this is an easy one. I opened Ccleaner to see what programs run at start up. Well AVG Free is installed and in the start up section there is, AVG_UI and AvgUi. Can you tell me what's the difference in the two and are both needed to run at start up or just one ? Thanks.

The long running Service is AvastSvc.exe. When the UI is opened avastui.exe is launched.
Don't fuss with startups, as frequently they launch for various reasons and then promptly terminate.
