I have an AVI file made up of a slideshow that I want to capture several photos.
Print Screen, etc gives me a black photo. Any help. Thanks.

First, please bother to use the forums earch feature next time. Thanks.

Use the screen capture function built into your media player or tell your media player not to use video overlays.

    Useing Prt Scr key

Where are you viewing a black photo ?
You need a graphics prg installed, what do you have ?
When you press Prt Scr it goes to the Windows clipboard.
Then you open your Graphics Prg and Select Edit/Paste.
    Irfanview will do it.It's free.
But where are the photos that you created this avi.
This isn't necessary for a slideshow, just pictures and a viewer.
    XP Screensaver does this.
