back up on xp

    i was looking at your site i think i can use the info in this site. it shows how to back up your info but when i follow the steps to do it i cant find the back up box. i does not have an opption to back up any files????????? start>all programs> accessiores>systems tools> but no backup??????????? any ideas ..... thanks in advance:confused:

    Try click on Start, Run, type in ntbackup.exe & hit Ok.

    i tried ntbackup.exe but it said windows cannot find the file no luck..........:(
