Not good I'm afraid.
Im still getting the error for almost every game I open, some normal apps such as notepad wont open, and on startup my lenovo energy management program gives the same error, different dll.

At this point I don't think those errors are caused by any infection which actually wasn't on your computer to start with so...

In this forum, we make sure, your computer is free of malware and your computer is clean
Because the access to malware forum is very limited, your best option is to create new topic about your current issue, at Windows section.
