  1. Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

    BAD_POOL_HEADER

    If this is the first time youve seen this stop error, screen and restart your computer.
    check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.......

    How can you fix this

    zip up your last 2 to 3 minidumps as an attachment for analysis.

    In the meantime run virus and anti trojan programs.
    test your memory with memtest 86+ booted from a floppy drive. (if no floppy, get one. They're required for legacy purposes.) Run it for at least 7 passes.

    HOW DO I DO THAT I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO AND FIND THAT IN THE COMPUTER SOMEONE HELP ME
