Bank of America login button not appearing

    A client is having a problem with his browser. He uses Bank of America's website to check his statements and other bank information. If you go to www.bankofamerica.com you will notice the sign in form on the left and the "sign in" button. On his browser the sign-in button will load the first time the page is viewed, but if you close the browser and re-open the page the button is non-existant. Upon restarting Windows the button is there again.

    We tried clearing cookies, clearing cache, and updating Internet Explorer.

    The client is running Windows XP Home.

    I'm going to try installing JavaScript and a full Windows update next time, but if you have ideas let me know.
