basic image viewer for Win98?

    Who knows a really really really basic image viewer for Windows 98.

    I'm searching for a viewer for my old folks.

    I'm looking for a program that works like the Microsoft Image Viewer in XP:
    [IMG]

    So a program that has
    NO browser
    NO thumbnailer
    NO functionalities (except maybe rotate)

    Just want to browse the photos in Windows Explorer and than open them in a basic viewer.

    Who can help me find such a piece of software (preferibly freeware). I googled my *** of but couldn't find it.

    I personally like "IrfanView" it has a few functions, but easy enough for my 60 year old dad to use.
