BCCode f4 BCP1 000003

I recently had a OCZ Agility 2 120gb SSD installed in my laptop along with 8gb DDR3 Ram. I came across this error and have since removed the Ram and replaced with stock Ram.

I do have access to recent minidump files but do not know how to open/read the .dmp files

Please help as I need to get this fixed this week if possible as I'm off to college next week.

Thanks,
~Carl

Alright I may have figured out the issue of when the problem is happening. When I close the laptop and then open it again as it loads Win 7 Home Premium it goes to BSOD

I will be updating HP software and testing again to see if that will solve any issues. However as the BCP1-4 codes are different any and all help will be most appreciated! Thanks!
