    My first post....

I'm having trouble with a Sony SZ3 laptop. Its started repeatedly rebooting and displaying the blue error screen. OS is XP Professional and I've added no new hardware.

Typically it reboots when trying to print to a LAN connected Zerox printer. Am attaching the typical minidump files but I have no idea what they mean. Please help !

    Thanks a lot - Terry.

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Both your minidumps crash at xrpscsrk.dll. I can`t find any info for this file. Do you have any idea what it belongs to? Maybe your printer?

That was a quick reply - I'll look into that...

    Thank you.

    Howard,
I've now made a search on the machine and there is a file as titled under the following directory:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\2
According to my machine its a "Fuji Xerox PS Plug-in Printer Driver" which ties in with the problems that I'm experiencing.
Any ideas what I can do to stop the error recurring?
    Very grateful for your assistance.
    Terry.

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers. If that doesn`t help, you should look for any updated drivers on the manufacturers website.

    Regards Howard :)
