They have something to do with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.. something about incorrectly referenced memory too..

Here are some pics.

Minidumps, HJT log and combofix logs attached

All help is appreciated

I opened them with windbg, this time with the correct symbols. I opened three of them..

They say this:

Probably caused by : DrvFltIp ( DrvFltIp+4d3f )
OR
Probably caused by : DrvFltIp ( DrvFltIp+4d5a )

(the part in brackets changes every time...)

I searched for DrvFltIp, and it is in:
Local Settings/Application Settings/Temp
and
C:program files/ashampoo firewall pro/

should i delete the file in the temp folder?

Hi there, I've been getting the same problem as well...sometimes getting the BSOD

seems like I have the same files too

Local Settings\Temp\WERd7a4.dir00\Mini021708-01.dmp
Local Settings\Temp\WERd7a4.dir00\sysdata.xml

I delete these files but they reappear whenever I reboot :suspiciou

any help is appreciated, thanks

those files are the files that windows makes when you get an error. All those files do is tell you why the error happened.. they didn't cause the problem..

as above, those files would rather help you find the cause of the problem rather than be the problem itself...

either learn how to read them using windbg or upload them to this thread and someone here'll have a look at it for you..
