Hello, I've been having this problem for a while now.

Basically, this problem mainly occurs when I hibernate my PC or shut down my PC. Once I click either option, my computer shuts down immediately, and it doesn't save anything in the background when it's hibernated, similar to a cold boot.
So when it does shut down immediately and I boot it up again, the PC starts making endless beeping noises and the only way to stop it and make it boot into my computer is to unplug it for a few seconds then re-plug it again.
Here's a video of the beeping noises. Apologies for the immature verbal language heard in the video, this was originally recorded for a friend of mine, which I then decided to sign up here and use it as a demonstration of what happens.
