Begin2search nightmare

I some how contracted the infamous begin2search malware

and I can not get rid of it no matter what I do I followed the instructions on the sticky thread and I am still having issues I have spy bot S&D ad aware SE
spy sweeper(I think I got that from a maximum PC cd) CW shredder and browser hijack blaster

I really don't know what to do
I thought I could get rid of it by myself but even after all the malware/adware/junk was deleted(though the use of all the above programs) and I am currently on FireFox (which I was on before but switched back to IE because it takes up less resorces) -- I still have some issues when I start up I am getting several warnings from the spybot search and destroy resident thing
that several files are trying to be added including reg files which I obviously hit deny on all of them but still that means there is some stuff still left in my PC so I am going to post my HJT log as am afraid to edit it with out double checking

I am not sure whats what in this
I now have a few weird things happening
the firefox page that am I currently typing in it jittering up and down a little -- just enough to give me a headache
also in my running prossess I noticed"webrebates0.exe" and "webrebates1.exe"
I didn't stop them or anything cause I want to get rid of them and anything else for good

if you choose to take the time to help me it would be much appreceated
I have been working on this for a couple hours and I am frustrated and tired:zzz:

Cause that`s what I would do if it was my system.

I would really prefer not to
I have alot of stuff on my PC that I would have to back up and it would take a long time plus I always lose things when I reformat

the thing is everything was running clean until this morning
I downloaded a file that was an exe and it lanched this tall this on my computer

there has to be something else I can do besides reformat

after browing around this forum I have noticed that alot of people are becoming infected with this
and realblackstuff is doing a great job helping them

I don't want to bother you realblackstuff as you seem to have your hands full
but if you do have a moment to go over mine that would be awesome

I would not normally ask for help but I am at a total loss here
it started with begin2search now I am just being bombarded by some websearch thing trying to edit my regfiles (I wouldn't even know it if I wasn't running Spybot resident!)
plus every page I go to I am being slammed with pop ups
and even after I scanned with adware and deleted everything (96 files!!!!) a little while later I will just have them all back so there is something I am missing
I scan with norton and ad aware every night and as of last night I had no adware/malware(besides a few tracking cookies that you are bound to pick up)
and I downloaded a strage file today that was not at all what I thought
it was
and I have been trying to clean my system all day.

the first HJT log is when my system is fully running
I am going to restart and do a log in safe mode if that will help you determine the problem.

Did you make sure Spybot and adaware were fully updated?

Also did you let Spybot immunize your system?

Have you tired running both Adaware and Spybot in safe mode?

Spot on, except you should let HJT also "fix" all O16 - DPF: entries.

May as well uninstall thatSpellcheck pgm, half of it is missing.

But install HJT in its own directory!

thanks alot guys things seem to be all set now
ad aware and spybot S&D are coming up clean

I can't believe how malicious that was it messed up alot of stuff in IE and some stuff in windows media player too

but everything is all set now

I can't thank you enough you guys saved me from having to reformat which would have been a huge process since I have 100+ gigs of programs/music/pics etc

I think I will buy the full version of Ad-aware so I can have constant monitoring of ad/malware
