Hi, my friend is buying a new pc and i've been giving tips on whats hot and whats not. However im pretty ignorant when it comes to what mobo is best for the price stated above. I sent a few emails here and there, both replys i got suggested to get the MSI 865P NEO2-L P4 DUAL DDR400 800MHZ which is priced at around £80. Do any of you guys know of any mobo's that top this in terms of quality and price.

I quite like the ASUS P4P-800, which I think is about £120, it even has easy overclocking options that allow you to overclock by up to 30% by changing just 1 BIOS setting.

One of my friend bought one recently and overclocked a P4 2.4Ghz to 3.16Ghz and that was with the standard Heatsink/Fan and PC2700 RAM.

It features 800 FSB Support, Serial ATA, Gigabit onboard Network, onboard Surround Sound, Hyperthreading Support and Intels PAT Technology.
