why not spend an extra $20 and get the samsung monitor it will be worth the extra money because its a better monitor.

9800gtx+ is more expensive than their gts250!

Then just get the GTS (though 4850 is cooler ;P), they are the same card for the 512mb version, different design on the card though.

Yeah I think your right.

I think I will go with the BFG LS550 because it has a $20 mail in rebate.

The LS-550 is a great PSU, one of the best actually. Very well engineered and has stellar DC output.

I meant they raised the price from 140 to 150 and the gts250 does not have a rebate. Should I get a non xfx gts250 instead of the 4850 it would only be $10 more than the xfx4850 after its rebate? If so which one of these would be best and i will be overclocking it?

It might be a good thing if it’s ugly because I didn't want to remove the xfx coolers and this is what my tiny 8600gt looks like with its ridiculously large cooler.

if you decide to get a 250 get the evga version they have a lifetime warranty to and are really nice cards. Also about the monitor thing i would pay $40 more to get the samsung over an acer any day of the week but thats just my opinion acer makes an ok display but samsung makes really nice displays.
