Ive been browsing newegg alot recently trying to decide what video card to get. I plan on playing games like oblivion, half life 2, WoW, BF2. Ill be buying a power supply with something like 450W. And I am willing to spend up to 200$. I want to get the best possible card for my money, what would be the best choice? (I am running on vista, I have an open PCI-E, and PCI slot)

Well what does the game box say for what you need for the max video card. I would start there. Use the PCI-E slot for Video Card which is 16X or higher. PCI runs slower. Make sure your monitor can handle your new Video Card otherwise money wasted lesson learned I say...

I got a 22" monitor that goes up to 1680X1050.

You want to spend $200 on just the card or the card and psu? A decent 450 watt psu would set you back about $50.
