    Yea how bad is this, can't run task manager, cant run "RUN" even the turn off button is gone. Windows XP x64 btw.

    I remember on this forum somewhere someone had a link to a program that you could access through command prompt with killed all viruses I can't find it now but if anybody knows the name please tell me.

    Since you have XP, have you considered going to a restore point at prior to your losing the ability to initiate task manager? You might want to try that and be able to regain it that way. Best to you...
