Big problem!!Can't turn on PC!

Hello gents
I got a big problem here!Today i tried to start up my PC,but it won't!
Had this problem yesterday too,but after 10-15min it worked again.
Now i don't have that much luck .When i switch on the power (at the back at my PSU),my fans start spinning and the LED from the HD and the power (at the front off the case) start blinking.
I have an ASUS P4C800 Deluxe mobo with a P4 3.0Ghz CPU on it.
And i got a FSP300-60BT PSU.

Does anyone have any suggestions???

Go here - http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculator.jsp - and see how much power your pc requires, 300watts seems a bit low for a pc of that spec!!!!

update:got a new PSU off 400Watt.
I can boot my PC now,but i don't have any display on my screen.My monitor doesn't even jump out off standby.
Another weird this is that the power LED and the HD LED keep burning at the same time...

Allready tried to remove the grafics card and put it back it in,but without luck...

Help please!

Try clearing your cmos, your mobo manual will tell you how to do it!!!!
