Big problem with my computer

hello everyone

I have a big issue. I restarted my computer and when i start it up again nothing happens the monitor dont recognize the pc, or graphic card. There is no beeping noises no nothing coming from the pc it self i didnt hear the welcome sound to windows and it seems like its running but i dont have a clue what happened to it.

The power supply may have died

...either that or the motherboard has shorted out, kinda what it sounds like to me.

If you remove the CMOS battery and put it back in after about 30 seconds, what happens? Are there any LEDs on the system board that light up? If you can turn the PSU off w/ a switch, try restarting it and then turn the computer on.
