Billions of packets sent

Hi all!

I've been having some problems with my PC lately. Whenever I connect to the internet, it seems the 'packets sent' is absolutely flooded - usually hitting the billions within a hour or so.

I've read through a few posts here regarding the same problem and so have downloaded HiJackThis as instructed. I've attached the log file and hope someone can help!

Do you have Wireless by any chance?

If you do is it encrypted with WPA ( or better )?

I'm afraid I'm on a wired connection at the moment.

get a copy of Cports; when run as Admin, it can see every program that opens a port
and you can then elect to Close the connection or Kill the program.
