Black and White screen on X-card

    I recently bought a Sigma Real-Magic X-Card.
    I connected a S-Video kabel to the S-video output. At the TV I used a S-Video to SCART connector. The picture is Black and White. Why?

    sounds to me like viewing a SECAM output on a PAL TV or vice-versa....

    SECAM, the french system, has the same line number as PAL, the UK system, but a different color.

    Hence, they display as B&W on each others displays
