I have an Advent qrc430 which was infected with a hybris virus. All files were backed up and we then decided to do a full destructive recovery. It took us a few times to get the recovery to work properly because a specific file wouldn't transfer. We got it to do the recovery and we thought everything was going to work.
However, the laptop loads past the microsoft corporation screen and then it goes black with a mouse arrow. I really want to know what to do as I want this laptop back because we cannot afford a new one.
Any help would be appreciated.
