Black screen after login with mouse

Hello

I have a big problem couldnt find any solution online

I laptop was configuring updates
I get mad when it do that

so I turned it off

when I turn it back on I get a black screen after login
and a mouse crusor and I can move it

tried repair format nothing worked
on format I choose the language and press install now
and it stays at setup is starting

try task manager also didnt work

what can I do

I rather think that you have completely screwed up Windows and will need to reinstall it. I'm sure that you will be more patient when Windows updates next appear but I agree that they are a pain.

I am in total agreement with Bazz 2004. You have crashed windows. Your best bet is a fresh install of your OS.
