My virus perfection said threats tried scan the all went read panick removed Norton then tried rebooting hard drive to a date end up losing it all from there computer said could rebot and now all I got is black scream and fan in back ground I not tecnolgey program please keep coments simple thx

Make Bitdefender Rescue (CD or flash) on another machine. Boot & run on bad system. Recover key data files. Clean wipe & reinstall OS.
