Please help, i have a Toshiba laptop Satellite series L505-S6947
Problem- Once i hit the power button nothing boots, only power and charging status lights come on, number lock flashs for a second, no beeps,its just completly dead.
Trouble shoot-
1) checked battery / power drained
2) removed both RAM cards
3) Tried using multiple Boot from CD disk for BIOS
4) i reset the battery CMOS on the laptop, to no avail after taking it apart to the motherboard and resaldering the battery hoping it would reset it still does the same thing.
5) still thinking....
Im thinking either the graphics card is dead but not so sure since the computer just has no response to anything im doing...
please any help would be appreciated ill try anything, im thinking i might need a new CMOS battery but come advise would be nice before i go buy one...i bought a soldering tip and you can see how that didn't help much.
