blown fuse

    Hi I just fitted a new battery in my armada laptop and now when I plug in the power supply it charges for 2 minutes then blows the fuse(13 Amp).Any ideas that could help me ?Please.Pretty please!

    If the charger was working with the old battery I would suspect the new one is faulty.

    Double check the terminals on the battery and in the bottom of the battery compartment for any bent terminals or for metal. An errant peice of foil or small wire could produce that .

    Thanks for the help looked like a piece of terminal had come off the old battery and was stuck at the bottom of the compartment. Thanks again keep up the good work
