    Hi,
    my notebook has got a message in blue screen (Blue death)
    and it show me that the problem is with file afd.sys
    I was allready doing something in Office when it happends.
    I can send minidump file but i don't know how, so if u can tell me what to do..Thaks... (and sorry for my english)

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    It`s difficult to be sure from just one minidump. Zip 5 or 6 minidumps together and attach them here, if you can.

    Your minidump crashes at your Symantec/Norton security product.

    Check for any patches/updates on the Symantec website. Sometimes disabling the live update feature can solve the problem.

    If none of the above works. Try using a different security product, such as AVG free, and the Free Sygate firewall.
