I'm running a Compaq evo n610c that I bought second hand, so I'm not completely sure what hardware problems it may have even though the RAM and hard drive are brand new.

The system will give me the blue screen of death when running graphical applications like games, but also once and a while in normal use. Moreover, it will sometimes freeze before the disc scan upon reboot.

The system is clean, recently formatted drive, and newest drivers installed. I've also reset the pagefile. I usually don't post in forums about things like this, but perhaps someone can offer assistance.
