Do you know what BIOS you have? For example many boards come with Phoenix which I believe you have by looking at the screens you posted.

Enter BIOS and on the main page find POWER BIOS Features and click that on. When you get to the Power BIOS Features page click on DIMM Voltage. It is probably set on Auto. Click on Auto and manually set the voltage to system specs. Save and Exit.
