Blue screen error

Hi

A blue screen error message is coming up everytime i use the computer and it says,

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer." and on the bottom of the screen it says, "Beginning dump of physical memory. Physical memory dump complete."

I can't repair or load windows

Any ideas out there?

I encountered this error message with the IDE cable not inserted tightly same with memory. It's easy with a desktop, just reseat the memory and tighten the cables. Yours is a laptop, can open it and check your connections? This happens also with a corrupt hard drive or file try CHKDSK first.
