Blue Screen Error

I just recently upgraded my cable modem and started getting blue screen errors. I get a stop 000000c2, 00000007, 00000cd4, 02070001, 83e7a3d8.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I renamed all the .dmp files to .doc so I can meet the requirements to upload.
